Cad Department

We design patterns with the computer CAD 2D software. Checking patterns can be also supplied by plotting on a Mylar sheet with scale 1:1 so that, if necessary, we may qualify your jobs and trim. In term of re-ordered works, we can develop immediately through uploading the same data from our CAD files to machine the exact specifications of steel figures.

Please bear in mind that a fax containing incomplete or inaccurate information pertaining to a complex die of tight cavity may increase the time span of production. Therefore we recommend that the clarity and content of the information and drawings should be checked before faxing to us.

Even though this step seems to be the longest and most difficult in the process. Our Automatic Cutting and Bending Machines can make it easily, and diversions from the correct dimensions no longer occur, cutting down the need for constant inspection and correction.

In general, we can hold +/- .02 tolerance for usual works, but it's inescapably depends on the types and thickness of your material. More specifically, knowing about material types and thickness is very crucial to create the real cut as close to the required tolerance as possible. There is no way, if we do not know about them, to single out the best-suited cutting and creasing rules (thickness, height, and bevel) matching with your each cutting need. Therefore, if needed, please inform us material types and thickness in order to ensure that you will get the specific Die correctly built for you.

However, Stretching and Shrinking of materials are also the main variables, which alter stated tolerances. In some environment, both you and us frequently cannot control how much stretch and shrink a certain material will have. This serious problem occurs especially in the plastic field.
